I was following the play on World Snooker so it's hard to guess what happened but frames 6 and 8 were so close.
It's sad that Ricky lost out when he looked close to qualifying but the season is very much alive and there are plenty of points to be picked up. Liang Wembo and Ken Docherty are feeling the same pain because they were on a roll too.
Main thing is to do what winners do. Get up, get back to work, fix the problems and be ready knocking at the door of opportunity in China.
Lots of the guys have work to do to stay in the top 16 and Ricky is well placed in the race.
